Strengthening Child Safety: Highlights from Our Webinar on Injury Prevention in Care Homes

On the 30th of April 2026, The Lady Helen Child Health Foundation (LHCHF) successfully hosted an impactful webinar series focused on “Injury Prevention in Care Homes

Bringing together over 70 participants from across Lagos and Abuja. The session saw active participation from care home representatives, health professionals across various disciplines, and key stakeholders committed to improving child welfare and safety.

Together, they provided practical insights, evidence-based strategies, and real-life approaches to reducing injury risks among children in care environments.
